Fortress Melbourne, soon to be the largest gaming/esports venue in the Southern Hemisphere, has announced a huge partnership with Dell Technologies’, Alienware.
Fortress’ 200 seat arena will be officially named Alienware Arena and the venue’s LAN Lounge will be packed wall-to-wall with powerful Aurora R9 gaming PCs (150 of them!).

Fortress will be located at Emporium Melbourne (287 Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000) and span about 2,700 square metres across three floors and is expected to open mid-2020.
CEO of Fortress, Jon Satterley, says he’s excited about the new partnership and hopes Fortress will become the ‘go-to’ gaming venue for Aussie gamers.

“By having our venue equipped with Alienware’s powerful gaming PCs and peripherals, as well as infrastructure from Dell Technologies, gamers of all skill levels will be able to experience the best gaming equipment in the world,” said Jon Satterley, CEO at Fortress Australia.
