Disney+ will launch in Australia and New Zealand on November 19, 2019, one week after the US.
The streaming service will cost $8.99 per month and $9.99 for our friends across the Tasman.
Star Wars, Marvel and Pixar will headline Disney+ initial offerings, with their respective titles expected to be pulled from Stan prior to launch.
Original shows will include ‘The Mandalorian’ set in the Star Wars universe, with Marvel spin-offs Hawkeye, WandaVision, Loki and Captain and the Winter Soldier in the works.
The Disney+ app will be available across mobile and smart TVs “partners,” including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Roku, and Sony.
